My stay at the hotel was mostly enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and comfortable, though the air conditioning could not be adjusted and directed towards the bed. The service was amazing, professional, and paid attention to detail. The location was perfect, providing easy access to various places. The dining experience was okay but not exceptional. Overall, a good stay with some minor room ventilation concerns.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel overlooking the Bay with a phenomenal view from my balcony, but the dining options were a bit limited. The friendly staff made my experience truly memorable, even though the location was a bit isolated. Despite this, the hotel's facilities were top-notch and added to a pleasant overall stay.
The hotel was in a great area right in the middle of all the happening places in Miami, making it a convenient choice for exploring the city. The rooms were not very clean and looked old, which was a letdown. The service, however, was very nice and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The location's proximity to the cruise port was a definite advantage, especially for cruisers seeking convenience.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms were very comfortable, with soft beds and pillows and a nice bathroom with a tub, the value for the price was disappointing as they lacked a dressing mirror. However, the service provided by Mr Yazdi Patel was exceptional, spanning from entrance to room service, making my stay hassle-free. The location was convenient to restaurants, although the surrounding area had some drawbacks. The dining experience was limited, with poor options for the price, but the concierge lounge was a nice touch. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
On the positive side, the staff members were exceptionally helpful, especially Jean the porter, Tadzi Patel, and Luis Font. They went above and beyond to retrieve our forgotten items. However, the rooms had some drawbacks like noise from machinery and a funny smell. The location was convenient but somewhat isolated within a network of major roads, and the dining options were limited and expensive.

The location is perfect for enjoying water sports, sunrise views, and great dining options. The dining experience was nice, but limited to cold buffet items. Overall, a convenient stay with some minor drawbacks.
